I just wanted to say thank you to shypike and sander for their assistance. I have better understanding of now than what i originally started out with. After a fresh install the service and sab UI are working perfectly.
Ive come to conclude that my inability to access the UI stemmed from my ISP resetting my modem as Sab was pointing to an ip on the LAN that had changed. Im not sure what went wrong with the service.
