RequireCat works on the actual nzbmatrix categories, not your own.
Matching nzbmatrix categories to your own should work.
It picks the first actual match, so as long as you don't have overlaps, that will work.
The last category table you listed should work.
Concerning the email error: are you using your own template folder?
I deleted all the filters except the one Accept "*"
As for my template folder, it's always been set to "D:\Program Files\SABnzbd\email\user" and the message only started happening since switching to NZBMatrix and using the RSS feed.

More recent versions want to have a rss-email template as well.
Did you enable "Send RSS notifications" in Config->Notifications?
Can you email your sabnzbd.ini file to
bugs@sabnzbd.org ?
First remove all passwords and please add the URL of this message.

Not deliberately but it's enabled - I suppose I should put something into my email template folder for it.
