Not moving into 'Season' folder but outside of them. Help?

If you are using the SB post processing script, you need to disable sorting in Sanznbc.

From within SB go to Config.....Postprocessing.
In the image the setting will not place shows in seasons folders. Change the drop down menu to say say..
Season 02/Show.Name.S02E03.HD.TV-RLSGROUP.ext

You then have episode within season folders. You maybe able to rescan your show to correct show that are not sorting to your liking.
