Just for the record: How should the contents of the __ADMIN__ folder look like when everything works correctly?
Example:
NameOfJob.nzb.gz
SABnzbd_attrib
SABnzbd_nzf__d8vye

SABnzbd_nzf_2f9uz4
SABnzbd_nzf_2fhaee
etc.

Have you tried to reinstall SABnzbd?
I'm beginning to suspect corruption of the program files.

Well...
This worked. A complete reinstall is uncool, but i can add NZB files now

Somehow your program files got damaged.
Don't ask me why, because SABnzbd doesn't touch its own program files.
