Hi. I attempted to upgrade to 0.7.20 today - windows7, 64 bit. After installing, running sabnzbd pops up a window that says "See the logfile 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnxbd\SABnzbd.exe.log' for details". There is no such file, so I ran sabnzbd-console.exe from a cmd window and I see the following error:
File "SABnzbd.py", line 1853, in <module>
File "SABnzbd.py", line 1364, in main
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'unwanted_extensions'
Indeed, I do not see this in the .ini file - various attempts at adding it prove unsuccessful. As do attempts of removing the .ini and recreating, re-uninstalling/installing, booting, etc.
Help!

Re: 0.7.20 bad install
Try to remove the current installation, using "remove programs" in Windows control panel.
The re-install.
The re-install.

Re: 0.7.20 bad install
I believe I used the Uninstall.exe within the SABnzbd installation each time I uninstalled rather than going through the control panel. Eventually I got a successful install by using version 0.7.17. 18 19 20 all failed to install with the same error. If I try to upgrade back to 20, I'll try the control panel install and see if that helps. Thanks for the response.

It's the same thing.memphobuckeye wrote:I believe I used the Uninstall.exe within the SABnzbd installation each time I uninstalled rather than going through the control panel.
Normally un-installing isn't even needed between 0.7.x versions.
Very weird. Do you have a "security suite" installed as well?
