Sabnzbd creating multiple icons in notification tray

Hi using 0.7.20 on windows 8. Sab creates multiple icons in notifaction tray like 15+ sometimes. If I take my mouse and just hover over them they go away. Also sabnzbd has been shutting down for no reason. I hae this setup on a dedicated htpc and when I come home from work or something I will have to restart sabnzbd. Just st started doing g this a month ago please help me fix.

Confirmed, but AFAIK this is a Windows problem or
maybe a bug in the Windows library of Python.
This means I cannot solve it.
