    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

Limited download speed

Thanks in advance for any help.

I've recently joined this site and have downloaded a few movies. I've noticed my download speed won't exceed 1.8mbps. It's very consistently at this rate. I just tested my IP download speed at a healthy 15mb/s, so I'm sure 1.8mb/s is not my maximum download speed. In the config/general settings I set my download speed limit to 12288kb/s to use most of my bandwidth, but still just 1.8mb/s download. Can anyone explain how I can improve on this download rate? I use a Mac 10.8.5.
