All downloads show as failed, despite working fine manually

Hi all

Been using SABNZBD for about a year no without issue. Recently all downloads show as failed and don't automatically unpack? Or fail to unpack rather. All downloads go to a temp folder then sick beard or couch potato does the rest usually. All of sudden, now all just stay in the temp folder. Unpack folders are left in the tv show folder elsewhere but nothing ever gets unpacked and moved/named properly. If you unzip manually and extract they work fine!

I have found the following error in the logs

Error [Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application" while running rar_unpack

Are you using a 32bit or a 64bit Windows version?
Open a cmd.exe window and type (the " signs are essential):
"c:\program files\sabnzbd\win\unrar\unrar.exe"
Enter. If that fails try:
"c:\program files (x86)\sabnzbd\win\unrar\unrar.exe"

Thanks for the response.

It's 32 bit Win8. There is an exe with that name in that location, but if you try to run it it fails saying that app can be run on this pc. Must have gotten corrupted somehow. Can I download a copy from somewhere?

Sorted! Downloaded new unrar folder from latest GitHub source code release! Fixed!

That is weird.
A reinstallation of SABnzbd would have been enough.
