sabnzbd GUI wont load after one run

Hello
Have been using this program linked with sick beard for a fair few years now and never had any problems.
Just had a fresh install of Windows 7. However after trying to set up saznzbd again ive encountered two problems.

1. It keeps resetting my server info back to non SSL information. Happens about 5-10 seconds after i change it. works fine then resets info and bang no connection

2. the GUI works fine in chrome and IE first time after a clean install. however once ive shut the program down and restart it, sabnzbd runs as normal in task manager and in me task bar but the GUI fails to load in either chrome or IE. just says this webpage is not available. says the details are...

The web page at http://192.168.1.70:119/sabnzbd might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_UNSAFE_PORT

have read and followed a few posts on here and had no success.
anyone any ideas?

Do you see the yellow arrow icon in the Windows System tray?
If so, right click and select Troubleshoot->Restart 127.0.0.1:8080

Hey

i did try that however never fixed it.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled for about the 8th time and it now seems to be working...... if i close it, i can reopen it with no dramas! hopefully stays that way.
