Sorry if this has been posted previously
We are running version 130927 on QNAP. I was saving a schedule when I was prompted for a user ID and password. Normally Safari saves the password, but this time it was not accepted. The user name and password has not changed, so I re-entered the correct User and password and still not accepted as correct.
What do we do now?

can you login on the QNAP using ssh or telnet so that you get a command prompt?
