Hello, I have been using Sab in conjunction with Couchpotato and Sickbeard for a couple of months now. I noticed how quickly my 3TB hard drive has been filling up, which led me to look into some things. What I have found is, whenever Sab downloads anything it sends it to the Downloaded folder. SB and CP processes them, I assume, and then sends the newly formatted folder/ files to the corresponding folders, such as "TV" and "Movies". There is also a copy left in my Downloads folder. I basically have 2 copies of every file on my HDD. I tried to make a cleanup list of the files like .mkv, .svf, .nfo. This, however, deletes them as soon as they finish downloading and does not allow SB or CP to process them and send them to the folders for XBMC to see them.
Is there a way to put a delay on the cleanup process? I am fairly new to this all still, but what about a script? I am totally new to them, though. Any other solutions that anyone can think of? So far everything has been working well though and I certainly love Sab!

Re: Help with file cleanup after processing
After SABnzbd completes its work, responsibility is handed over to SickBeard.
So when you end up with an extra copy of the download, it means that SickBeard hasn't been
configured properly. AFAIK SickBeard moves downloads.
If you want SickBeard to handle specific files, don't let SABnzbd remove them.
The reason SABnzbd doesn't do anything after it runs the SickBeard script,
is that SABnzbd cannot know what SickBeard did with the files.

Re: Help with file cleanup after processing
Is there a Sickbeard script that I should be using? I am assuming that Couchpotato is doing the same thing, not set up correctly to remove things. Is there a script for both? Or is everything needed to communicate embedded in the programs themselves and the API key executes it?

Re: Help with file cleanup after processing
Yeah, I can not get Couchpotato to remove the files in the Downloaded folder. I set it to clean up after it has finished processing. Still, one in Downloaded and one on my NAS' Movies folder.
**EDIT** Nevermind, I looked at the Downloaded folder about 15 minutes later and it had removed the most recent movie folder/ files downloaded. Is there a delay on that or something? I dont see any options other than a "force every"(Forces the renamer to scan every X hours) option under "renamer" options. It was set at 2. I changed that to 1 and saved. Can you do 0.25 for every 15 minutes? What if you set it to 0? This is the option that dictates how often it grabs a movie in the Downloaded folder, renames, downloads artwork, puts the finished product on my NAS' Movies folder and removes what was in the Downloaded folder right?
I will look into Sickbeard after I get this CP up and running correctly, thanks again for the great help.

Re: Help with file cleanup after processing
Yes, SickBeard comes with a specific SABnzbd script.
If you don't use that, SickBeard can periodically scan SABnzbd's results.
SABnzbd will not remove its own final results.
