connection problem with SSL

Hi, I'm running sabnzbdplus on Ubuntu 14.04 (64bit) and it is timing out when I try to use SSL connection, normal connection using port 119 is successful, and testing connection from the host is successful to port 443 or 563, so I know the nntp server is accepting my connection.

problem solved. my mistake, need to install python-openssl.
