I have noticed that sabnzbd sometimes just stops downloading. When it is reporting 0 for download speed I can run a speedtest (cnet or centurylink) and there is bandwidth (not much, but some, and sometimes more). Then, after a few minutes, it will start up again. As far as I know its not really doing anything when that happens. I also suspect that it happened, initially, because my bandwidth did got 0 (mine seems to vary wildly). I am not upset or trying to lay blame. I would just like to know what is going on.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
