SABnzbd is downloading all PARs but not main file

After doing a fresh install of SABnzbd on a newly setup PC, I'm trying to download a few different video files which are shown as complete and repairable on a couple of different web NZB searchers. These videos are very recent, within the last few months and my news server has retention going back a couple years. What is happening is that SABnzbd downloads all of the available PAR2 files listed in the NZB file and then says there are inadequate repair blocks. When I check the Incomplete directory for SABnzbd, I find all of the PAR2 files, but the main video file that I was trying to download is not present in these directories (only the PAR2s). This has happened on several different attempts with different videos. Just wondering what might cause SABnzbd to download the PARs instead of the actual video file. These files are set to "Unpack," not "Delete."

Does the download report say that lots of articles are missing.
It happens a lot that the actual files are removed from the server (DMCA) and
the par2 files remai.
Does the NZB actually contain other files than par2?

Thank you for the reply, shypike. I've looked into it to answer the questions in your reply and it appears I wasted your time! The NZB search I was using separates the PARs from the main post, and so the NZB only contained the PARs. Dumb mistake on my part.
