Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Series sorting almost works...
I am running sabnzbd 0.7.17-8 in combination with Sickbeard on a Synology DS-413. I have set up Series Sorting with this pattern:
This should give me something like "[video folder]/24/Season 9/24.S09E01.Live Another Day 11AM-12PM.mkv", but it doesn't put the file inside the Season folder - instead it puts it directly inside the Show folder (here "24").
Am I doing something wrong? Since the file is being moved from the completed-folder, there must be some post-processing going on, but for some reason it ignores the Season folder directive.
