  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
  • Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.

  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?

Everytime i use sanzbd it takes ages to download then it pops up asking for the API key to be added..its already there, so have to manually put it in and it starts downloading...Its ok once i have done this, if i close it and then happen to open it up later and the same thing occurs...any ideas?

API key? When does it ask for that?
Also: operating system? web browser? SABnzbd version?

It comes up in a separate field like when u log into sabnzbd, using win7 64 bit, firefox 28.0 SABnzbd Version: 0.7.17

Doesn't it just ask for a username and a password?

i log into sabnzbd normally, i go to start a download and it just hangs there for a couple of mins and wont start any download, then another screen appears asking me to put in the API key which i have to type in manually, once i have done that its starts and its ok..if i close it and start again later on the same thing can happen again...

Are you sure you don't have a browser plugin with SABnzbd support installed.
SABnzbd never asks for an api key.
Can you email some screenshots to bugs@sabnzbd.org ?
