Windows 8.1 update 1 x64 enterprise
Shortly after updating to windows 8.1 update 1 SABnzbd started to act weird for me. I noticed that sometimes during post processing the PC would reboot (I RDP into it so often don't see when it does so) and this happened 2 or 3 times. I then had to do a queue repair as SABnzbd would inform of errors.
Repeat this a few times and now SABnzbd will not even start for me. I have tried in both regular and safe mode, and also with run as administrator.
SABnzbd detected a fatal error:
"C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.ini" is not a valid configuration file
Error message: Invalid line at line "1".
I delete the .ini as instructed but when I try to start SABnzbd again it generates another .ini (with file size of 5KB) and informs of the same error. If I try to view the .ini it is empty.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Remove both sabnzbd.ini and sabnzbd.ini.bak
