Force Priority should override duplicate detection

A way to quickly override duplicate detection would be nice, and since the Force priority is already there, it could be used

Assuming you're using "Pause duplicates": resuming the item will make it download.

I personally use Discard, otherwise the build up from RSS feeds. And it works great.

But every once in a while i have to manually fix some files and the duplicate filter starts blocking some things. I had to shut it off, and remember to turn it back on.

A mild annoyance, but i think bypassing all filters could be within the Scope of a "Forced" Priorty
