Hi All --
I'm having an issue with a new install of SABNZBD. I have been using SAB on a Mac for quite a while without any issues. I recently installed it on my new Windows 8.1 machine and have been having problems where my file is downloaded and then runs into an error that says [File Path]...cannot be renamed to...[Slightly Different File Path].
I read about changing the .ini file but I can't find that anywhere! To compound the issue, I also read that sometimes it's an error caused by files being 'watched' by other Windows processes. Do you know if these are the correct steps to take, or should I try a clean install?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
