Almost every day, I lose the ability to connect to SAB remotely. The only thing that fixes this, is rebooting SAB. This is a complete pain. Is there a way to know what is causing this and to fix it? Is anyone else having this problem?
I am running Windows 7 x64 and SAB version 0.7.16

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Do you do any heavy downloading, or does it happen when SABnzbd is silent?

Usually when it is silent. It is currently running on Win7 x64. But lately, I have noticed that it has been stopping before moving downloads down to the bottom part. It will show the file fully downloaded at the top, but wont move it down to unpack. Just bizarre behaviour.

You could try a full queue repair, from the Status page.
