SABNZBD on vps with cloud storage

Post by Gibs »

I know it is possible to run sabnzbd on a vps, but is anyone aware of a way to have it send completed files to a cloud storage such as dreamobjects or pogo cloud? Most cheap Vps offer little storage while pogo cloud offers unlimited storage for a small fee.

And actually i would prefer plex to encode in a realistic streaming format Before sending to a cloud. My upload speed is crap and i want my collection to be sharable with friends.

"S3cmd is a command line tool for uploading, retrieving and managing data in Amazon S3 and other Cloud Storage Service Providers that use the S3 protocol such as DreamHost DreamObjects. It is best suited for power users who don't fear command line. It is also ideal for scripts, automated backups triggered from cron, etc." (source: http://wiki.dreamhost.com/DreamObjects_ ... plications)

After a "sudo apt-get install s3cmd" it was installed on my Ubuntu Linux. I don't have dreamobject, so I couldn't test that for you.

Hope this helps
