Remote connection issues

Post by achtepa »

Hi,

I'm running into issues trying to access Sabnzbd from another pc on my lan. I have it setup using port 8084 and made sure that the config said 0.0.0.0 instead of localhost. I can access the app locally (through teamviewer) but not from another computer on the LAN. I have all my port forwarding and everything setup for external access. Sabnzbd is the only one that doesn't work, SickBeard + Couchpotato are working remotely without a hitch. I don't know if it matters but i'm running it as a service, and also checked in windows firewall that it was allowed access for home and public networks.

Thanks.

Temporarily try the numerical local IP address of the system instead of 0.0.0.0

It does work locally on the system using the IP address?
If so, I'd still suspect the firewall.
