Understanding a failure

Post by timpotter »

Hello,

I'm running 0.7.17RC1 from the jcfp ppa.

I'm trying to understand what happened with this download, why it was reported as failed vs repaired and successful.

CP snatched a movie, SAB downloaded and sent the following message overnight:

Code: Select all

SABnzbd has failed to download "somemovie"

Finished at 2014-02-14 01:24:24
Downloaded 4.9 GB

Results of the job:

Stage Download
Downloaded in 1 hour 5 minutes 47 seconds at an average of 1.3 MB/s

Stage Failure
Unpacking failed, unable to find somemovie.mkv.part17.rar

Stage Unpack
[somemovie] Unpacking failed, unable to find somemovie.s00
[somemovie.mkv] Unpacking failed, unable to find somemovie.mkv.part17.rar

Stage Repair
    [somemovie] Quick Check OK

Stage Source
    somemovie.nzb
So I look at SAB this morning and it doesn't show the movie in the history as failed or successful. the two unpack errors show in the error logs, and CP reports failed on the download.

In my completed directory, the movie is showing up (the full mkv) in an __UNPACKED__ location

I believe SAB repaired the file with the PARs but why did it report failure?

Thanks,
-Tim

Set SABnzbd to paused and load the NZB again.
Then click on the job title to see the list of files.
Is the missing RAR file listed?
