  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I need to download the linux package and put on file manager?

Do you have a Linux prompt on the cpanel? If so, is it Ubuntu, or Debian, or ... ?

EDIT: you do realize SABnzbd is not some king of "web app", don't you? SABnzbd needs access to a real operating system, or more specifically python + python libaries + a set of OS commands (par2, unrar)

No its just a normal web hosting i guess i need a vps ? by the way thank you

Yes, a VPS with Ubuntu will work.

If your only access to the system you're trying to install through is CPanel that's not going to work. It also likely means you're on some over-sold shared web host, and installing SABnzbd is likely a one-way trip to getting your account terminated.
