  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Passwords

My last 3 downloads failed; each said "archive requires a password". How do i obtain passwords? Sorry newbie. ???

From an "insiders" website, but you have to be "in the know".
Most of the time the download itself contains a file that says you
should visit very shady websites to get the password.
Don't do that.
Use SABnzbd's option Config->Switches->abort encrypted jobs
