Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Cannot start my SABnzbd
Have been using SABnzbd for more than a year,everything working fine.Then I updated my Zone Alarm firewall and it will not start.The error message says that port 9090 is either blocked or being used.I am using the latest edition of SABnzbd.Nothing else has changed.My OS is Win7,SP1.I have set my firewall to allow traffic on TCP port 9090,but to no avail.I would appreciate any helpful advice.

Please complain to ZoneAlarm.

I have,but they ,of course,have little interest in customer aid after they have your money.

Worth considering: temporarily de-install & remove Zone-alarm, reboot, install MS Security Essentials (0 Euro) which works with SABnzbd, try it, .... if it works: never go back to Zone-Alarm ... which will save you money.wongmama wrote:I have,but they ,of course,have little interest in customer aid after they have your money.

Just to say, I've been using Kaspersky with no problems. Hand to change to Zonealarm as my sub ran out. SABnzbd not starting. Stopped Zonealarm, started SABnzbd and it started, original port was 8080. I changed the port in SABnzbd to 8090 and now it seems to work with Zonealarm running. I'm running Win 8.1 x64 machine. Hope this info helps some people.
