    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Upload your screenshot to some of the file sharing sites, e.g. imgur.com
Then put the URL of the screenshot in your post.

Can’t I post a screenshot without using 3d party software that I don’t have? I can capture the screenshot with paint but can’t paste it

No need for 3d party software: in paint, save it as JPG (or PNG), and follow shypike's instruction "Upload your screenshot to some of the file sharing sites, e.g. http://imgur.com/ Then put the URL of the screenshot in your post."
