Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
My computer makes new sabnzdb instance every time I open the exe or .nzb file. New instance got different port number and on process. I believe there is something wrong with configs but I dont know what. I have reinstalled sabnzdb many times(with settings delete) and try to run it with default settings, but I face the same problem. I have also tried different versions of sabnzbd and different port numbers in config. I am running windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

Problem solved: I performed windows system restore to couple days old restore point and everything is working now. Still I dont know what was the problem but now its at least solved
