I finished install SABnzbd last night, I set it up, so the interface could be accessed remotely so I can add some downloads at while I am out and about.
Yesterday, on the same network, (admittedly on a different PC) I was downloading at 3 MegaBytes per second with GrabIt. This new central download server I have built is connected via an Ethernet cable, but is only downloading at 400-500KBs at best, sometimes as low as 10KBs. As I am not at the PC currently, I can only make config changes. I upped the Article Cache Limit to 500M but that hasn't made a difference.
Any thoughts as to why?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

What type of PC is it? Old?
