Constantly saying Download Speed 0B/s

Constantly saying Download Speed 0B/s

Hi I have set up sabnzbd and am using version 0.7.3
My provider is Virgin Media 60 meg connection
I have spoken to virgin and they tell me everything is fine their end

It is downloading files as today it has downloaded 2.8G
As an example it took 2 hrs 31 mins 24 secs at an average of 1.0MB/s

But most of today the queue says Download Speed 0B/s

Right now it has 3 items in the que and nothing is happening it is just sitting with Download Speed 0B/s
I am using tweak.news
Port 443
SSL is enabled
Connections 10


The server replays when I test it with the MSG either
Connection successful
Or
Failed to connect 10060 timed out

I have only one server set up

Please can anyone Snead any light as to what may be wrong

Restart SABnzbd.
Try another NZB and put it at the top of the queue.
