I've configured sabnzbd to use port 9090, rather than 9095 for https. when I shut it down, normally due to a system restart, it forgets the custom port number and starts back up on port 9095.
(os x 10.8.5)

0.7.16 forgets port number on shutdown.

Easy check: set SAB's port to 9999, save it, restart, and check? Still 9999? If so, SAB does not forget ...
