I'm new to Sab and a fairly ignorant when it comes to setting up any Usenet software. I'm currently an AstraWeb customer and I have the following question; I bought a block account with another provider to use for incompletes and at the moment all I do is re-download the entire file. Is there a way to use my block account to simply download whats missing? i.e Astraweb only has 75mb of a 100mb file so i use my block account to download the remaining 25mb rather than downloading the whole 100mb?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
