Download doesn't play

I have recently run into a strange problem. I download, everything is dandy, the size of the file is correct, yet the download plays, for about 2 seconds and then stops. I have not seen this before and it happened, now, about 5 times. Anybody have any idea why?

I assume, par2 verification went OK and you didn't get unpack errors?

On reflection I think my main problem is ME! First, I think these were done with torrents and, second, I thought they were done when they were not (I have run a little test and find that torrent download are correctly sized before they are completely downloaded).
