Ignoring Dir For now some files were modified

I am getting a Ignoring Dir For now some files were modified < 60s ago, might still be being written to error when I get a show using sickbeard. I have never had this problem before. I am using 0.7.14 on my synology nas. Any ideas? I am using alpha (Pistachitos) version of sickbeard custom. Any ideas? thanks
