I am using sickbeard/Couchpotato + SABNZBD, the issue is the same regardless of which one of SB or CP I am using.
Weird problem, suddenly my downloads will not fully complete, the last few weeks the downloads are downloading but do not fully unpack. I do not remember at what point this first occurred but it might have been the upgrade to .14.
My conclusion was that something had gone wrong with the upgrade so i uninstalled, and installed a fresh copy of 0.7.13 but the result is the same. I have no antivirus and plenty of room on my hard disks. I've tried to disable multicore rar and tried other settings under the "switches" tab but I do not know where to start the troubleshooting. I can see a process called "command line rar" but it hardly uses any resources. What i need to do is close down sab and unback manually with winrar. Would appreciate any help, my automatically downloads are not so automatic anymore...

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Disable 64bit tools in Config->Special.
