Hey all,
I had everything set up fine, but every file that Sabnzbd has tried to download since August 1st has received an "Outside the server's retention" error. I use NewsDemon and have the highest tier. Anyone have any ideas on what's going on? I'd think it might be the usual DMCA thing, but the files should be feeding into sab pretty quickly after being posted, and it's EVERY SINGLE FILE I've tried.

Re: NewsDemon - Out of Server's Retention since August 1
I got it loaded in, but it's not downloading. I've noticed that a lot of stuff isn't downloading, or it'll download partially and then stop. My speed is very often 0.
Re: NewsDemon - Out of Server's Retention since August 1
Alright, poking around, it seems to be a problem connecting to Newsdemon. I click on Status and see - # Connections: Failed to connect: (10053, 'Software caused connection abort') 50@us-secure.newsdemon.com:563
It also sometimes says:
# Connections: Failed to connect: (-1, 'Unexpected EOF') 50@us-secure.newsdemon.com:563
I haven't changed anything or rebooted - any ideas on the cause of this?

Problem solved - it appears as if avast! decided to start monitoring any connection to a newsgroup. Turned that setting off, and it looks like we're good to go.
