404 Not found (/sabnzbd)

Post by magimcc »

Hi, I have been using Sabnzb for quite a while now and have not had any major problems. Yesterday though, when I tried to access my sab page, I got a blank page and the following message

404 Not found (/sabnzbd)

What is it and how do I fix it?

Occasionally my nzb site will hiccup and download whole seasons or previous episodes of a show that I already have, this is happening now, and I have had to pause all downloads as I cant access my page to edit what is being downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Is SABnzbd actually running?
(Is the system tray object visible?)

Yes, the Sab arrow icon is visible on the taskbar on my macbook. Thats what I click on when I want to go to my download page, and thats when I get the blank screen. The icon in the tab it opens up now has the videoLAN cone on it instead of the Sab yellow down arrow, there is now a line under the 404 message and then a live link to the videoLAN website.

Kind of a newbie at this, did I screw something up? Is it fixable?

From the menu icon: Choose "Troubleshoot -> Restart 127.0.0.1"
