Hi all,
first post here. I have an issue, where after a couple of minutes (up to 15 or so) my speed drops to zero during a download.
It's some sort of connection issue with my provider since I can fix it by hitting "force disconnect" under status, it will go straight back up to 1MB+ (my max). However after a couple of minutes... I don't really want to sit here and click that button every couple of minutes. Anyone an idea of what is causing this?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Operating system, ISP, Usenet provider, your max line speed.
