Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?

Windows Server 2012 & 0.7.14
Version 0.7.14 will cause Windows Server 2012 to become unstable and crash. Issue does not exist in the previous version of 0.7.13.

I have been running 0.7.14 on Windows Server 2012 with no OS issues. The only issue I have is with downloads showing up encrypted, but I believe that is being worked on already from a separate thread.
