I wanted to know how I can update to the latest version on my Synology NAS? I have the synocommunity repo but the latest version is 0.7.12.

First you should enabling the Command Line Interface Link and shutdown SABnzbd.
Login with putty (root password=admin password) and download the 0.7.14 python source download link
Extract sabnzbd
Navigate to the SABnzbd-0.7.14-src directory and copy the content to /volume1/@appstore/sabnzbd/share/SABnzbd
Start SABnzbd
