I am new to nzb world and started using Sabnzbd just yesterday. I followed a youtube video to set it up and was able to download an episode which was shown in the video. When I tried to download some other episodes few were downloaded completely and I was able to see them in folder while some others did get downloaded but I am not able to see them. Please see the attached screenshot (https://www.dropbox.com/s/n6pmwx59cdgs50d/SS1.png), this is an file that although downloaded I cannot see it in the folder and other point is the file size is only 43MB. Does this mean that the file is corrupt for some reason? How to solve this?
For some files I see an error 'Download failed - Out of your server's retention?', after reading a few post I got to know that this means that the file is no longer available. Now in this case how to get that episode. I know for most of you this would be basic steps but I would appreciate if someone can break it up for me.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

If you click on the left side (the name) of the download, you get a window with more details. Inspect it, and post it here.
