Save Unpacking until end of queue or speedlimit=0

Hi,

Due to having an internet connection that is heavily used during the daylight hours I have restricted SAB to downloading overnight. Rather than waste some of these precious hours unpacking the downloads etc (this is valuable time- my queue is always 100GB+) can SAB wait until it is set to not download either from the queue finishing or from speedlimit=0?

Failed downloads etc can be dealt with as usual so they can be re-added for the next night.

I think this would help out a lot of people who have restricted downloading times.

Schedule a "pause post processing" and a "resume post processing" event in the Scheduler.
