I have had some recent large files ~10gb take a very long time to verify or hang on 'fetching 3 blocks, etc'. Meanwhile other large files continue to download and repair. At some point I had to force close the program and restart. However, at this point all the downloaded files waiting to be processed (verify, fetch blocks, repair, unrar) disappeared from my history in the browser.
How do I get the program to rescan my incomplete folder and try and process the files? I can't afford the bandwidth to re download these large files and they are on my NAS (synology) without an easy ability to use a third party program to check and repair since I would have to transfer them to my laptop to do that.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Go to Status page, tab Queue Repair.
You should find a list of lost items that you can send back to the queue.
