Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

6.15 seems to work. It launches, anyway, and goes to through the setup steps. Haven't tried downloading anything yet. One thing-- why does it keep asking for the API key every time I start it? Is that how it's supposed to be? I don't understand much about that, but I copied and pasted the thing under API key in the configuration page. The dialog box goes away but then comes back the next time I open my browser for normal internet use.
