NZB indexers and searching

When searching, do most search engines on these NZB indexers look at the "title" of the post? I usually use NZBClub but I know there's a thousand others.

I've done searches where I search for a specific string like mad.men.S06E06 and what I get back is 4 refs to mad.men.SE06E06 but a pile of off-topic refs to anything and everything making the result list super long. Example: I'll get back "lonely.hearts" (several times) in the title or I'll get something like this: "give.me.some.men" or even something way off: The.Other.Son.2012.LIMITED...."

Question: What's the secret to exclusive searching and only getting back the exact matching post? Again, I'm assuming here that the search is going against the "Title" posted to the newsgroup. And, yes I've tried enclosing the search term in double quotes. And I've done a "Help" query too to determine what is needed.

I'm sure there's something I'm not doing correctly. I'm hoping there's an expert here who can share experiences.
