  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
  • Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.

  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Help with set up

I was using SABNZBD in the past and had to renew my astraweb login. It said it could not find me so I created a new one. I need to now update my info on here so that it will allow me to upload NZBs with no issues. How do I do this? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

In the SABnzbd webgui, go to Config -> Server
