WindowsError: [Error -2146893818] Invalid Signature

I keep getting the following error every time I try to start Sabnzbd:

You're running the official installer binary?

Correct. After a reboot of my PC, the error is no longer occurring.

I have no idea, really.
It looks like SABnzbd's webframe (3rd party software CherryPy) has a fight with Windows.
