SAB reports incomplete download, same NZB works in Newsbin

Version: 0.7.11
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Install-type: Windows installer, running as a service
Firewall Software: Windows Firewall
Are you using IPV6? no

I have an NZB I've tried in SAB multiple times. It always reports as incomplete and unrepairable, and QuickPar always shows the same files in the download as being incomplete - so the problem is VERY consistent. The problem is that loading the same NZB into Newsbin, using the same server setup (Astraweb primary, NewsDemon as backup) works just fine - no download errors, no repair needed. Newsbin's progress bar shows, via color, where it fell back to the backup server, and it doesn't during this download. SAB also shows no activity for NewsDemon, so it didn't fall back to it either.

When I look in the incomplete folder for SAB, I see many of the rar and par files also have ".1" versions, but they're not duplicates as they're different sizes. I assume those are the successfully downloaded parts of the broken files. They do NOT directly correspond to the broken files in QuickPar - all of the broken files in QuickPar have .1 versions in the incomplete folder, but not all rars with corresponding .1 files show as broken in QuickPar.

The last bit of weirdness is this: SAB reports "Repair failed, not enough repair blocks (1 short) ", but QuickPar complains that it's 5 blocks short.

I have several successful downloads with SAB, this is the only problem download so far. I haven't been using it long, though, and this makes me a bit squeamish. Any help will be appreciated.
