Running 0.7.11 on Ubuntu 12.10 2600K/4GB ram, I’m getting very slow unpacking. A 3GB file can take over 30 minutes. No other programs are being used, as far as I can tell.
I have article cache limit set to 70M and downloading paused during post processing.
Checking “top” during extraction shows sabnzbdplus at the top but only using 1-5% CPU, the same for unrar. These should be near 100%, no?
Not sure what’s going on, any help appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

We have no control over the unrar tool.
