sab vs SB folders

Post by iecus »

Hello guys, I'm not sure if this is a question for sabnzbd or sickbeard. my pc crashed awhile back and ever since I have not been able to figure out how to get this function back.

What i'm trying to get back is for any TV shows I download to go into 1 folder for example

I use to have it setup that if download 24 it use to look like this

E:\TV in the TV folder it would create a folder 24 in that folder "24" it would have Season 1, season 2 etc and in each season folder are the episodes of that season.

what's happening now

E:\TV I'm not getting the "24" folder or seasons folder, I'm just getting the folders for each episode which is causing me to do alot of clean up by taking those episode folders and putting them into a season 1, 2 etc folder that I manually create and then create folder for the show "24" and put the season folder into that.

I've checked the wiki, the forum and the faq section and unless I missed it, I haven't came across the setup. I don't remember how I got this to work the 1st time because my setup back then was just trial and error so i'm not sure what I did back then that I'm missing now.

Version: (Ex: 0.7.11l)
OS: (Win 7)
Install-type: (Windows installer)
Skin (if applicable): (Default)
Firewall Software: (none)
Are you using IPV6? (no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

idk if this is sab releated... but you can do this with SickBeard easily ;)

Just disable Sab Postprocessing. Point SickBeard to your Sab Download folder (or use sabtosickbeard) and your ready to go...
remember to disable "flatten folders" so sickbeard will keep your Season Folders...
